Refunds & Cancellations
Workshops
- Cancellations made more than 7 days before the workshop may be eligible for a refund or credit
- Cancellations within 7 days are non‑refundable
- If we cancel due to illness, weather, or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or reschedule option
Artwork purchases
Due to the nature of original artwork, all sales are final unless the item is damaged on arrival. Photo of damaged item is required within 48 hours to be eligible for a refund.
Commission Artwork
- Cancellations made after work has begun, no refund will be issued for the deposit. If the full amount has been paid, only the portion relating to unfinished work (excluding the deposit) may be refunded at the artist’s discretion.
- Change of Mind – Refunds are not available for change of mind once the artwork is completed.
- Damaged Artwork – If the artwork arrives damaged, please contact the artist within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the damage and the packaging. Attempts will be made to either repair the original piece (if possible) or recreate the artwork. Because each artwork is unique and hand-painted, exact replication may vary slightly from the original.
- If recreation is not possible due to the nature of the damage, a partial or full refund may be offered at the artist’s discretion.
- Custom Nature – As each piece is hand painted, refunds are limited to cases of damage or failure to meet the agreed brief.
