Commission Art Work

6.1     Deposit – A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total agreed price is required to confirm your booking. Work will not commence until the deposit is received.

6.2     Reference Material – The client must provide a clear, high-quality photo (or photos) for the artwork. The quality of the final piece depends on the clarity of the reference provided.

6.3     Turnaround Time – Standard turnaround is 4 weeks from the date the deposit and reference photo are received. Any changes to the agreed timeline will be discussed in advance.

6.4     Balance Payment – The remaining 50% is due upon completion, prior to delivery or collection of the artwork.

6.5     Revisions – Minor adjustments are included; significant changes outside the original brief may incur additional charges.

6.6     Ownership & Copyright – The artist retains copyright of the artwork and may use images for portfolio or promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Refunds & Cancellations
Workshops
  • Cancellations made more than 7 days before the workshop may be eligible for a refund or credit
  • Cancellations within 7 days are non‑refundable
  • If we cancel due to illness, weather, or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or reschedule option
Artwork purchases

Due to the nature of original artwork, all sales are final unless the item is damaged on arrival. Photo of damaged item is required within 48 hours to be eligible for a refund.

Commission Artwork
  • Cancellations made after work has begun, no refund will be issued for the deposit. If the full amount has been paid, only the portion relating to unfinished work (excluding the deposit) may be refunded at the artist’s discretion.
  • Change of Mind – Refunds are not available for change of mind once the artwork is completed.
  • Damaged Artwork – If the artwork arrives damaged, please contact the artist within 7 days  of delivery with clear photos of the damage and the packaging. Attempts will be made to either repair the original piece (if possible) or recreate the artwork. Because each artwork is unique and hand-painted, exact replication may vary slightly from the original.
  • If recreation is not possible due to the nature of the damage, a partial or full refund may be offered at the artist’s discretion.
  • Custom Nature – As each piece is hand painted, refunds are limited to cases of damage or failure to meet the agreed brief.
